Ternopil Academic Regional Actor and Puppet Theater

The Ternopil Academic Regional Actor and Puppet Theater was founded in 1980. Six years later, the theater received a stationary building, symbolizing the second emergence of the art institution. For a significant contribution to the development of theater art, the revival of national traditions and high artistic skills, the theater received its academic status in 2006. Its repertoire contains various genres of productions, suited for both younger audiences and adults. The theater actively tours, participating in regional, national as well as international events and festivals both in Ukraine and abroad.
