Of the twenty-six operas composed by Giuseppe Verdi, this is regarded as one of the best in his creative heritage. It is based on a biblical story about the freedom-loving aspirations of the Jewish people. The monumental opera impresses with the depth of human feelings, musical expression and fullness. The stage design of costumes and scenery is especially surprising and the choir, which fills the stage, together with interactive technologies and artistic lighting used during the culminating moments of the opera give birth to a magical feeling.
