This is a story about an unusual hero, small and nondescript, the size of a pea, but with an open heart and sincere soul. Having overcome many challenges, the little hero got a powerful weapon from the blacksmiths-wizards, and the spirits of his native land became his brothers in battle with the enemy. But neither magic weapons, nor powerful brothers could cope with the cunning and treacherous enemy, if Kotygoroshko was not flesh of the flesh of his own people and if the whole nation did not come to his aid.
